Three. Working principle:

1. Principle description:

The instrument is divided into two loops: the main loop and the auxiliary loop. The main loop is adjusted by a large knob, and the auxiliary loop is adjusted by a small knob. Select the button switch to control the various quantities of its output, and each time one output is switched, the digital voltage/current meter on the instrument can automatically monitor its output value. The auxiliary circuit is controlled by the output switch to directly adjust the output, and the measurement can be measured by an external multimeter.

2. Principle of the main circuit:

The input AC220V power supply enters the T1 input terminal of the dual carbon brush voltage regulator through the output control relay K1 through the insurance. The power adjusted by the large knob of T1 enters the isolation transformer T2 (also a current booster). The current booster is divided into three taps to output, one tap is AC0~250V output, and the rated current is 3A; the output voltage of this tap can be output after rectification and filtering. ~350V DC voltage; the second one is 15V (10A), the tap outputs 0~10A AC current through the sensor through the relay control, one way through the resistance output 0~500mA AC current, the other way through the relay conversion can output 0~10A or 0~500mA DC current; the second tap is the 10V (100A) high current terminal, the tap passes through the primary side of the sensor and directly outputs 100A current. This loop has a strong load capacity, but the output is slightly overloaded and cannot be kept at a large current for a long time. Under current state.

3. Auxiliary circuit:

Like the main circuit, the AC220V power supply is insured into the double-carbon brush voltage regulator T1 small knob to adjust the amount of voltage, The isolation transformer T4 can directly adjust the output 0-20V or 0-250V AC voltage or 0-350V DC voltage. The rated current of this loop is 1A. Press the "output control" switch of the auxiliary circuit and adjust the small knob to output.

4. Measuring circuit:

The output of the main circuit adjusted by the large knob is AC "0~250V", "0~500mA", "0 ~10A", "0~100A", DC "0~350V", "0~500mA", "0~10A" are converted by the relay on the circuit board in the equipment, and the corresponding output can be monitored every time a gear is switched. . The "0~500mA" gear is included in the "0~10A" gear. When in use, two clicks of "0~10A" are "0~500mA" monitoring.

5. Time measurement:

The device has a built-in 6-digit display stopwatch, which can be started internally or externally. When internally starting, press the "output control" switch to start the stopwatch, and to stop the stopwatch by short-circuiting the stopwatch terminal on the device panel through the contact. The stopwatch is equipped with a separate power switch, and the stopwatch can be turned off when not in use.

6. Sound and light reminder:

The circuit equipment has a built-in sound and light reminder circuit, which can be connected when the contact of the circuit breaker under test is activated. The sound and light prompt socket of the test box, the alarm sound or light in the test box, prompts the action of the breaker contact.

Four. How to use

1. Inspection or preparation before use:

Use of the instrument Perform visual inspection first, and reliably ground the grounding end of the three-core power cord, and then test power on the instrument. At this time, the two meter heads should be in the bright state. Try to turn on the stopwatch power switch. The stopwatch switch should be normal. Touch the "output selection" button switch with your hand, and the output status indicator should select normal from left to right.

2. Main circuit voltage output operation:

Select the output state at "AC0~250V", press the main circuit "output control switch" at the lower right corner of the test box, and slowly adjust the large knob of the voltage regulator At this time, the voltage/current meter should have "0~250V" AC voltage display. To output "DC0~350V", select the output state in the "DC0~350V" gear, and the adjustment method is the same as above.

3. Main circuit current output operation:

Select the output state in the "AC0~10A" gear, press the main circuit "output control switch" to slowly adjust the large knob of the voltage regulator, at this time, the voltage / The ammeter should have "0~10A" current display, and other current adjustments are similar to this method.

4. Auxiliary circuit output operation:

Press the auxiliary circuit "output control" switch, slowly adjust the small knob, there is AC "0~20V", "0~250V" on the auxiliary circuit output terminal ", DC "0~350V" output, this output is not monitored on the voltage/current meter.

5. Example of usage:

5.1 Voltage relay pull-in and release test

First put the instrument in the ready state, connect the tested relay coil to the corresponding voltage output terminal, press Press the "output control" switch and slowly adjust the large knob to make the output voltage rise steadily. When the relay is closed, record the pull-in voltage, and then adjust the large knob in the opposite direction until the relay is released. Record the release voltage. Test the relay return coefficient. If the tested relay is an overvoltage relay, proceed in the opposite direction.

5.2 Current relay setting value test

Remove the tested relay from the circuit, connect it to the current output terminal of the instrument, and select the appropriate output current file, such as "0~10A ”Or “0~100A” level, press the “output control” switch, slowly adjust the big knob until the relay action, observe the value of the voltage/current meter, and judge the action of the relay.

5.3 Determination of the delay time of the time relay

Connect the tested relay to the output terminal (determine the working voltage as AC or DC according to the requirements of the relay) and adjust it to the rated operating value, Power failure recovery. The stopwatch should be powered on and reset to zero. The tested relay's delayed moving-on contact is connected to the stopwatch terminal, press the "output control" switch, the relay coil will get the rated working voltage, and the stopwatch should be started at the same time, waiting for the delay time After that, the stopwatch stops counting, and the number displayed by the stopwatch is the delayed closing time of the time relay. If you want to measure the delayed release, the principle is the same as before, and the actual wiring is reversed.

5.4 Intermediate relay test (with holding coil)

Determine what kind of action (voltage or current action) and what kind of holding form (voltage or current hold) the tested relay is. Take the current action voltage hold as an example (DC relay), select the DC current output file (0~500mA or 0~10A), press the "output control" switch, slowly adjust the big knob until the relay action, record the action current, and then Connect the output of the auxiliary circuit to the holding coil end of the relay, slowly adjust the small knob to the rated value of the relay, write down the holding voltage value, and judge the quality of the relay according to the action or holding situation.

In short, as long as you have mastered the conversion relationship between the various output of this instrument and the measuring instrument, you can draw inferences and apply flexibly according to the specific situation of the tested relay. I will not list them one by one here.

1. Before power on, each output terminal should not be connected to a load, and the voltage regulator is reset to zero, "output control "The switch should be in the off position.

2. Voltage output terminals must not carry low-resistance load to avoid heat generation due to overcurrent.
