Idealsystem

TheidealmeasurementsystemisusedeverytimeItshouldonlyproduce"correct"measurementresults.Eachmeasurementresultshouldalwaysmatchastandardvalue.Ameasurementsystemthatcanproduceidealmeasurementresultsshouldhavethestatisticalcharacteristicsofzerovariance,zerobias,andzeroprobabilityofmisclassificationofanyproductundertest.

Statisticalcharacteristicsthatthemeasurementsystemshouldhave

1.Themeasurementsystemmustbeunderstatisticalcontrol,whichmeansthatthevariationinthemeasurementsystemcanonlybeduetoordinaryreasonsratherthanduetoCausedbyspecialreasons.Thiscanbecalledstatisticalstability.

2.Thevariationofthemeasurementsystemmustbesmallerthanthevariationofthemanufacturingprocess.

3.Thevariationshouldbelessthanthetolerancezone.

4.Themeasurementaccuracyshouldbehigherthanthehigheraccuracyoftheprocessvariationandtolerancezone.Generallyspeaking,themeasurementaccuracyistenofthehigheraccuracyoftheprocessvariationandtolerancezone.Onepart.

5.Thestatisticalcharacteristicsofthemeasurementsystemmayvarywiththechangesofthetesteditems.Ifthisisthecase,themaximumvariationofthemeasurementsystemshouldbelessthanthesmalleroftheprocessvariationandthetolerancezone.
