Commonfailures

(2)Maintenanceofpressurereducingvalve.Adjustthepressurereducerandadjustthepressuregaugetotherequiredpressure.Thepressureshouldbeincreasedfromsmalltolargeduringtheadjustmentprocesstoensurethatthepressurereducercanbecontinuouslyadjusted.Ifcontinuousadjustmentisnotpossibleorthegasleaksfromthesafetyvalve,anewpressurereducermustbereplaced.Disassemblingthepartsofthegaspressurereducerbyyourselfwillcausedamagetotheequipmentandevenseriouspersonalinjury.

(3)Maintenanceoftheflashbackpreventerofthecuttingtorch.

Themouthisnottightlysealedandmustberepairedwithspecialtools.Thecuttingtorchalsousesthestandardquickcuttingnozzleproducedbyaprofessionalmanufacturer.Foranewcuttingnozzle,itmustbeinspectedbeforeitcanbeused.Ifthecuttingnozzleiscontaminated,specialtoolsneedtobeusedtocleanthepreheatingflameholeandcuttingoxygenchannel.

(4)Theflashbackarrestorisanimportantparttoensuresafety.Accordingtotherequirementsofthesafetydepartment,theflashbackarrestorisstrictlyprohibitedtobedisassembledwithoutauthorization.Therefore,iftheflashbackpreventerhasbeenusedforalongtime,ithasairresistanceandcannotguaranteethegasflowrateorleaks.Itmustbereplacedbyaprofessional.
